Access to MoboPOS is provided through subscription plans:

• Professional: Advanced features for growing businesses
• Enterprise: Full-featured solution for large operations
• Plans are billed monthly or annually
• Prices are subject to change with 30-day notice

Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers:

• Stripe for credit card processing
• PayPal for alternative payment methods
• All payment data is encrypted and secure
• We do not store complete payment card details

• Payments are due in advance of service period
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled
• 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers
• Late payments may incur service interruption
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

You retain ownership of all data you input into MoboPOS:

• Customer information and contact details
• Product catalog and inventory data
• Sales records and transaction history
• Business settings and preferences
• You can export your data at any time

MoboPOS and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use features and functionality as intended
• Store and manage your business data

• Use our intellectual property without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoboPOS shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or business interruption
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party service disruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance or downtime
• Internet connectivity issues
• Third-party service failures
• Force majeure events

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Your illegal or unauthorized use
• Any claims arising from your use

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Accessing account settings
• Selecting "Cancel Subscription"
• Following the cancellation process
• Exporting your data before termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Material breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal or prohibited activities
• Security violations
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be disabled
• You will lose access to your data after 30 days
• No refund for unused portion of current term
• Sections that survive termination remain in effect
